Hi @ke23@ManuelaTorres if you haven't updated recently (for example today, I am running 15.13.6), suggest updating to the latest version of Zoomfirst, and let me know if that resolves your issue.
I was having the same problem after my last auto-update to 15.13.3. After troubleshooting everything else, I assumed I'd have to wait for the next auto-update. I finally figured out how to manually update to 15.13.5. This seems to have fixed the problem.
