Zoom Team Chat Hyperlink

I would like to add a hyperlink to my email signature that when click on would open up a Zoom Team Chat with me. this was easy to do in other systems

<a href="sips:<email_address>">Chat with me</a>

But I haven't figured out how to do in in Zoom. Any suggestions?
