Zoom Chat admin

Hi there, we are trying to update the Zoom Admin for a chat however(named B2 Chat)(Current owner is April Rangel-a0r07yw), the current owner is NO LONGER with the company so we cannot transfer ownership to someone else. How can i get assigned ownership of the chat if associate is no longer with company. We do not want to make another chat and loose vital information.

    Hi there, your Zoom Admin can change the channel admin in the Zoom Admin Portal by deleting 'April Rangel-a0r07yw' from the Channel- The admin will then be prompted for a new channel admin.
