Zendesk Notifications Sending

We setup Zendesk notifications by Zoom and configured the integration to send notifications about specific Zendesk groups. I've received confirmation that the groups are connected and I should receive notifications. But I am not receiving any notifications despite activity in Zendesk.

Is there an additional step I am missing?
