Webinar registration glitch

I am working with a non-profit and am getting reports from Zoom registration set up for an event.

Almost 1/3 of the downloaded registration report is missing info from required fields.  Am only getting name and email address.  On top of that 16 of these skimpy records have identical time stamps down to the second.  

 

Anyone else have this problem?

    Hey @harrisej , as I don't have insight into your registration report I'd advise you to reach out to our tech support team to further investigate your reg. report

    However, looking into related recent cases, unfortunately, the meeting webinar attendee report in question is not able to be recovered for information, and the data is not available. I'd still advise you to reach out to our tech support for further information though. 

     

    Our internal teams recommend referring to the registration report first until this potential "glitch" has been improved and completed.

     

    I'll reach out once I have more insight as to if this was a bug on our end and for the next steps!
