Video recording missing

I have the basic plan. I recorded a meeting, with hosts permission yesterday but cannot find the video.

i recorded it to iCloud where I have an account. All replies gratefully received.

    Hi, Polly.

     

    Basic plan only allows for local recording. Try looking for it here: 

    • Mac: /Users/[Username]/Documents/Zoom

    I forgot to say I recorded on my IPad…so not sure what to do next 🥹

    Hi, Polly.

     

    I am sorry to say that local recording is not supported on iOS, iPad, or Android devices. The only option in a iPad would be cloud recording but this is only for paid accounts.

    Would Zoom still have the recording on file? I would be happy to upgrade my membership in order to access it.
