Video problems

As you can see from the file, the video is like that: a green screen😨, what's going on??

I have reinstalled Zoom app several times, but nothing changes.

The PC camera is ok, then what??

For instance in Microsoft Teams it works perfectly...

Hey @Florence77 first suggest updating your Zoom desktop client to the most recent Zoom version available to you.

Here is how you can update Zoom to the latest version, let me know if updating resolves any of your issues. 🙂
