Video Backgrounds and Filters

Hi,

I do not have access the backgrounds and filters. I tried to add backgrounds but Zoom indicated my computer does not have the capacity to handle this feature. Is there work around or am I going something wrong.

There are specific processor and other requirements for virtual backgrounds.

The requirements are lower if you have a green screen.

Yes, it is clear, but, like other users in the chat, with my Mac i5 2core, OS Monterey, it does not work without a green screen

I have all updated, and the same pc allows me to use a virtual background with Skype, Meetn

It sounds like Zoom has determined that your system does not meet the minimum hardware requirements to successfully support virtual backgrounds and filters. SkylerDonahue has noted the article that lists these requirements.

Sounds like it's time for an upgrade 🙂
