User ramdomly become offline to other user

Hi there,

my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.

My Team is also experiencing this issue. Certain team members appear offline to me, even though they are online, active in their phone queues and actively chatting with other team members. The rest of the team is having the same experience, though which users show offline varies.

Apologies for the delayed response. Just to clarify, is this random offline status appearing in the Zoom Contact Center?

This is in Team Chat in Zoom Workplace. Users appear offline (empty circle icon) when they are actually online. Their status appears correct while they are in a call (phone icon) or in a video meeting (camera icon), but when they are online and available, they appear offline.

We are experiencing the same thing in our environment. Same setup as Paolo325 zoom version 6.3.5.54827. Need help on this ZOOM support!

Hello @Paolo325,

I'm sorry for the late response. 

Just to clarify, are you referring to the presence status? If so, is it currently showing as 'Away' or 'Offline' on the Zoom Desktop app or on a linked calendar, such as Outlook?

Similar issue, version 6.3.11 Particular user appears Offline in Team Chat on the Zoom Workplace App. I can chat with them because they are logged in. They appear to switch between Available and Offline randomly
