I need to add a user who is still in pending status AND be able to enable my admins to access and MANAGE the same meeting that I manage
Hello,
If the user is still showing up in pending status, they did not accept the invitation that was emailed to them when you added them. In this case, if they are a new employee and you have access to AD, you can log in to their account and accept that invite for them.
*Note having access to the user's email address will bypass you having to wait for them to accept.
