Hello there 

I can’t see in chat a message. It won’t allow me to open the chat .

    Hey @Delucia, are you the host or participant of the meeting? If the Host, I'd ensure that chat is enabled in-meeting within 'security'

     

     

    Also, having chat enabled in the Zoom web portal settings > https://zoom.us/profile/setting > enabling 'Chat' and configure any of the other settings related to chat to your desire.

     

    However, if a participant, and you joined a meeting with any of these disabled you'd be missing those features in-meeting. 

     

    I'd also suggest checking to see if your Zoom client needs to be updated as well. Hope this helps!
