slightly lagging

When i start video conference using zoom, it's always lagging for 2 seconds after running properly in 5-8 seconds, and it happens continuously and doesn't stop. I've tried deleting my cache, uninstall and reinstall, install the older version, restart my computer but it's still like that. can somebody help me?

    What type of computer are you using - a Windows PC, or an Apple computer?

     

    Are you on a WiFi/wireless internet connection, or a wired connection to your modem/router?

     

    What version of the Zoom app do you actually have installed, after your reinstall?
