This problem is happening to my friend, he cannot send images in the zoom channel. He has updated the client to the latest version too. Is there any way to remove this restriction?

    Hi @ElijahAF and welcome to the Zoom Community! Is your friend the admin of his account? If not, he may need to ask his admin to enable this feature in chat for him.
