Recording on local device

Hi Friends, 

1. I recorderd video on local device and I have mp4 file - this is my movie (it works), but also I have two files "double_click_to_convert_01" and 02, and I don't know should I do sth with them? or I can just cancel them ? (in attachment screen shot from one recording) 

 

2. I wanted to upload this mp4 file on google drive and it has been processing it for 2 days. I already canceled the video there and uploaded it once again. Any idea how to make things faster ? the file has 1,13 GB so I believe it is not that big?

    Hi @Pranomaja , thank you for your contribution to the Zoom Community!
    You can delete these files but please double-check the recording first to make sure that the recording is not corrupted before deleting these files. If the recording is good to go then it is safe to delete those files. New files will be created when you create a new recording.

     

    I know it has been a bit since you initially posted, were you able to upload your recording to Google Drive or Dropbox?
