PWA Team Chat Not Working

The Team Chat option in PWA Zoom (https://pwa.zoom.us/wc/team-chat) does not work - the "new chat" button has a loading icon, but it never actually loads.  The "starred" and "recent" list of contacts never load.

Tried on Chrome and Safari - both have the same issue - see screenshot.
