my passcode options are locked - I want to turn the passcodes off -

I have the waiting room enabled

I'm assuming you have a free account for which Zoom is enforcing a meeting password by default for security purpose.

@CreolaSame issue here. Why don't you let the user decide if they require a passcode or whether the waiting room is sufficient?
