New Zoom chat rich text feature missing

Hello I am using the latest version of zoom (5.16.10) I don't have the option for rich text formatting in chat. I am on Windows 11 Client on Laptop

I’ve seen a few folks asking the same question about saving the chat as a rich text format or .rtf I routinely use zoom with a large community of colleagues with various disabilities, and it’s super annoying that zoom doesn’t offer a way to save in .rft. For folks navigating with a screen reader, it would be super helpful to be able to click on a live link in the saved chat.

I notice that any questions about this issue are met with crickets.

There are no plans to change the foramt of the chat text output.
but there alots of embed features in chat. If you type chat in settings, you can see the options.
