I bought a standard pro and booked a meeting on September 28.

But there was an error pop-up message that I can't access in Korea.

To solve this problem, please cancel the purchase or take action to access my account in Korea.

    Users in some countries or regions are unable to access Zoom for regulatory reasons. 

     

    North Korea is one such country according to: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203806119-Restricted-countries-or-regions

     

    To cancel your account you should contact Zoom Billing:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/201137176
