Name not appearing in waiting room instead strange names appear

(Earlier chat had some typo errors so resending modified and corrected chat)

While logging in my online class, my name does not appear in waiting room, instead some strange name appears ; so the teacher can't take me in the meeting . I am then marked as absent. If I try to login again I get "incorrect password" message. How do I solve this problem?

      So, keep doing it until it should pop up forgot password and then click forgot password and it should send you an email saying that you can reset your password.

      Thanks but we had tried that but it simply says "incorrect password" all the time. Anyway what is the solution for some strange name appearing in place of my name?
