My webinar is 2 days so i set as recurring so that participants can use the same link to join again the next day. But why is that I am no longer able to import attendees? The registration function is turned on.

You cannot import attendees if you scheduled a recurring webinar with registration. You can only upload registrants to single-occurrence(non-recurring) webinars.
