Issues with Google calendar and Desktop app sync

Hi,

I schedule meetings with the google calendar and google extension.  Usually, when I go to my desktop app I can see these meetings on the correct date with the correct title.  Today, when trying to schedule, the meeting shows up in the app for today and just says "(My name) meeting" instead of the actual meeting for the actual time.  The meeting code for both meetings are the same so I know they are connected.  Help
