Interview with professional
I am planning to interview a professional who founded and runs an online tutoring company. The interview will last at least 15 minutes, and my goal is to better understand what their role looks like day to day, as well as how creativity and creative problem-solving play a role in building and running their business.
I want this interview to feel like a natural conversation that encourages storytelling, real examples, and thoughtful reflection rather than short or yes/no answers. I am especially interested in how they approach challenges, adapt to students’ needs, and make decisions when there is no obvious solution.
