Indirizzo email non più accessibile

Ciao ... avrei esigenza di cambiare l'indirizzo email di accesso al mio account.

Quando eseguo la procedura mi chiede la verifica dalla vecchia email di accesso.

Non posso più accedere a questa email.

Mi potete suggerire un altro metodo?
