Question

I cant see my apps

When I go to the apps tab it just freezes at my last tab and I can't access it.

    I would first recommend ensuring your Zoom client software is fully up-to-date.

      My Zoom client software is fully up-to-date. Version 5.8.0 right?

      Correct.  You may want to try an uninstall and reinstall of Zoom.
