Disable email verification code

I have account with 13 user , When they try to login its showing this message :

"To sign-in , Check your email (***) and enter the verification code "

How can I disable it ?

    @Asim ,

     

    Contact with the support team and ask if they can verify that OTP ( one time password ) is disabled for their account.
