I can't get any of my contacts to import from Outlook.  The Zoom Personal Contacts gives me the following...

 X  Sorry, we cannot recognize the CSV format. I have tried several different versions of Comma Seperated Value file and nothing.

      I can't either. I have tried many different ways but none of them seem to work.
