Company contacts do not show up in the windows app / android app

I have created a free account (with CC verified) and added 59 users. I have also activated all 59 accounts. I'm unable to see them under company contacts list. (company contacts did show up a couple of times last week, but 99% of the time, the entire internal contacts section is missing)

 

I have tried on different computers, mobile phones, etc and it's the same. 

 

When I try to invite one of these 59 people (invite a zoom user to connect button) - it says xxxx is already your contact

I am having the same issue, did you discover any resolution for this issue? We have a pro licenses but the same issue is occuring, when I add someone with their email as a contact who is internal to my company and they have an active zoom account, it says they are already my contact and I can start chatting with them. However I can’t find them again to add them to a Team Chat channel because they do not appear in any contact lists after they are found in this way.

If a user is shown as "already your contact" but does not appear in your contact list or cannot be added to a Team Chat channel, this may be related to how Zoom manages internal and external contacts. Admins can view and remove external contacts, which can affect their visibility and access to channels. If a contact was previously removed, they can be re-added by internal users, but their chat history for 1-on-1 chats remains accessible to both the admin and the external contact.

For your situation:

  • Double-check that all users are under the same Zoom account and organization.
  • If the user was ever removed as a contact, try having an admin re-add them.
  • Make sure you are searching for the contact using their correct email address in Team Chat.
  • If the contact still does not appear, it may be a sync or display issue—try signing out and back in, or refreshing the Zoom app.
