Chat Box

My chat box must have a glitch in it. It automatically sends empty chat boxes to the group from me even though I didn't send them

I'd like to resurrect this inquiry.

This problem started for me today:

Someone--even I--posts in the chat. Someone--not I--responds. My empty reply box appears.

Chats look like:

Person1: message

Person2: response

Me: empty reply box--no message

I don't know if other participants can see my empty reply box. It impacts my ease of use of the chat feature. Not a catastrophe, but an annoyance.

Help?
