Channels disappeared

Hi @kzheng, and welcome to the Zoom Community! I realize it's been a few days since you initially posted this. Are you still having this issue?

i have this problem too 😞   (12.08.2022 it's OK. 15.08.2022 i can't find my channel and all members cant find channel)

Same here. I had 4 channels. Last week everything was still there. Today we've noticed that the channels disappeared over the weekend.Is there any way to recovered them?

Just want to update all of you, the disappeared channels suddenly come back this morning,

and chat history still there, hope everyone can get back your channels.

Zoom version still 5.11.4(7185), win 10, free subscription

This happened to me when I re-opened zoom after my computer shut down. It was a private channel. It looks like it got archived. I got it back by clicking the "..." in the top right of the chat area (where ), picking "Search in channel", going to the "Filters" column, and clicking the drop-down under "in" that says "Search chats and channels". The private channel was there. I clicked on that and that chat opened. At the bottom was a message that said the channel was archived and let me click to undo the archiving.

The "Members" and "Invite to meeting" icons are, which aren't always there either. I got those to appear by clicking in the left column on the "... More" there.
