I am the owner of the account and unable to locate the team chat tab on the home page. How do I get into the team chat admin page?

Hi @Harrysacramento

Admin settings for Team Chat would be available in the Zoom web portal, under Account Management > Account Settings > Team Chat tab.

If you are looking on the desktop client, there are only personal team chat settings available.

Hi I still cannot find the team chat tab as it is showing other tabs but just not team chat tab. I am on workplace basic plan.

Interesting. I logged into one of my Basic accounts and also don’t see settings for it either. But Team Chat itself is functional for my Basic account.

What setting are you trying to change? I'll ask around my Zoom contacts and see why the Team Chat section doesn't appear in either the Personal or Admin settings areas for Basic users.

Thanks a lot for replying @Ray_Harwood . What I really want is to actually see who has read my messages in the zoom team chat. So I came across the read receipts feature and followed this KB Article Read Receipts but I couldn't proceed further since I wasn't able to find the team chat tab in settings. This type of feature is readily available in Skype but since I migrated to zoom chat I wanted the similar feature. It would be great if you could help out. Thanks again
