Breakout Rooms

We did Breakout Rooms.  However, neither the Host nor the Co Host were able to enter any of the Rooms.

    Hey @Meangut70, as the Host or Co-Host were you prompt any specific error when attempting to join? What specifically were you experiencing when attempting to join the breakout rooms? I.e., timeouts, breakout rooms weren't opening, couldn't create breakout rooms.

     

    You can try Uninstalling and Reinstalling to see if this resolves your issue when testing. 🙂

    Was it the same Host or Co Host that created the Breakout Rooms - so you created them and then were unable to join?

     

    In addition to @RN52_2's suggestion, you could also first make sure your Zoom software is up-to-date:
