Alternative Hosts

When I go to assign alternative hosts it will not allow me to save the account. How can I fix this?

Hi,

Alternative hosts must be licensed Zoom users.

An alternative host must be a member of the same Zoom account as the host. In other words, Both users need to be Licensed and on the same account.
