adding a user

Hi. I am having trouble adding a user. We have three other licenses left, but I am trying to add her and zoom is not sending an email to her email address. I have clicked "re-send" several times. It is also not in her spam or her trash. I have also tried deleting her and adding her back. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey @jessicagrady, I would recommend reaching out to support to further look into the issue. They have the proper tools to remove the invitation from being potentially being 'bounced back in our system.
