2 x zoom Pro licenses purchased. but not activated. more than 30 days have passed, how do I activate

Hi 2 x zoom Pro licenses purchased by our finance team. but due to illness they where not activated. more than 30 days have passed, How do I get another activation link sent?

Hello @ChrisWiliamson 

Once the licenses are purchased they get added to the Zoom Account. The Administrator of the account need to allocate the License(s) to the user(s) that need(s) it.
