zoom meeting time not matching my computer time?

Hi both the zoom time & my pc time show the same, but since we've moved to British Summer Time in UK (one hour ahead of GMT) my calendar invites are one hour ahead. I can't see an option to move to BST. Any ideas how to resolve this please?
