Do you have an internet connection? can you browse a webpage such as google.com when you have this issue? If you can, please make sure the firewall on your computer or firewall setting on your network gateway is configured to allow Zoom traffic to pass through. For details, please refer to below Zoom support document. If your computer is managed by your company, please consult with your IT support team.
