i can not sort contacts in left side on chat  window

alphabet in letters

    Hi @tarek 

    Unfortunately, chats cannot be sorted alphabetically. They will appear in order of last used or last messages received.

    I thank you very much for your help, 

    really, this option if added as a  button , it  will speed up communication .
