since the new update came out all of my contacts r shown as either away or offline even when theyre not and the only person with a normal available status shown is me. plz fix this

I am seeing the same issue.  The phone icon does not show.  Those people show as inactive.  When I ask other team members to verify for me, they are seeing the correct status.  5.10.4.5035 version works fine, the newer one doesn't.  But our system forces us to go to the newest version.
