circles trying to figure out how to enable transcription

I have downloaded all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, but in the pre-requisites part, I realized we are an education non profit but may not be listed as so. I have followed all instructions, on all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, and the option does not seem to exist in our profile. The bot just keeps sending me the same articles, and I just need our profile to reflect education, so that we can have access to this option but I am going in circles. Can anyone help?

Hey @PhillipMoffitt I saw a previous ticket closed with our support team from you about this and that you do not meet the prerequisite of a Business, Education, or Enterprise account for audio transcriptions.
