I spend most of my day with my nose buried in my work.

We have outlook and zoom and I am constantly missing private zoom chats.

 

how can automatically send a private chat to my e-mail ?

I do not believe this feature currently exists. I encourage you to submit a feature request using the form located at https://zoom.us/feed .
