Zoom has enhanced the security logic - when a user does not have two-factor authentication enabled, a One Time Password (OTP) must be entered when Zoom detects a login attempt from a country other than the location normally associated with the account. Here is the reference article, Managing two-factor authentication (2FA). OTP will be sent to the email ID of the Zoom user account during login if Zoom detects an unusual login from a different country or device than normal.
