Zoom Workplace Mobile App Silently Logs User Out

My company is attempting to use the Zoom Team Chat feature on desktops and cellular phones. The features work well except that multiple users complain that Zoom Workplace silently logs user out and they unknowingly miss messages.

 

Our corporate IT team has adjusted the Max Devices setting to 3 per user and hence I do not believe the logouts are related to more than allowed logins. 

 

I also recognize that turning off the phone or updating the app will cause logouts, but neither of those events are taking place.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to prevent these silent logouts on Apple Iphones?
