Zoom H2n inner speaker issue

If anybody can help me to understand why internal loudspeaker in my zoom h2n is so silent that I can't hear it from normal distance? Volume on 100%... The recording sounds normal through headphones and on my comp as well but not on device itself...

Possibly so they can hear you

Retry  turning it of and back on and check your volume on mic

Thank you very much for the response, I tried several times but with the same result. The  record played through my headphones  at a normal volume, but through its own speaker very quiet. The recorder been in storage  several years and I just don’t remember if this defect was before ...
