Message that I send with a file (e.g., screenshot file) - error - Message could not be sent

Message other send with a file - error - gray triangle with an exclamation point

Both Team Chat and SMS messages with Phone

 

I have cleared my browsing history, restarted my computer, updated my browser, checked that Zoom is up to date
