Zoom Admin - Chat Reports missing

We are trying to back up chat history for users who are no longer with our company, but I'm not seeing certain options as listed in the documentation (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061552)

 

I'm unable to find "Chat History" under our User Activity Reports as it specifies in the documentation. Is there a place Chat History can be enabled?

 

I have ensured Store Messages to Zoom's Cloud was previously enabled and that the retention for users under Storage has been set to 5 years so that data should be there somewhere.....
