When I join a meeting......

See attachment. When I join a meeting my name ( circled in yellow in the attachment ) shows up in the Gallery, but the presenter shows up in the video. Have tried to change the settings aided by the Zoom chat feature with no success.

 

How can I correct it ? Thanx !
