What happened to my cloud recordings after my account was downgraded from paid to free?

My account was downgraded from paid to free, and can no longer see my list of recordings. Are they still available? Will they be restored when my account is upgraded? How can I access them?

Hi @JimB 

 

I believe your prior recordings would be available to you again if you return to a Paid account.
