Hi, I have recently upgraded to Zoom pro one so I could hold meetings longer than 40mins. My first payment has been taken out of my account yet today I was timed out after 40 minutes and asked to upgrade?
I've checked and I am on the Zoom pro so don't know what to do or who to contact about this.
Please can someone help?

You need to assign your newly purchased license to your user account. See this web page for assistance:

Follow these steps taken from the article:
The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.
If this does not fix your issue, please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.
