Unable to save transcripts

I have enabled the save transcripts function, but I'm still not seeing the option to save transcript during or after a call - why is this and how can I enable saving transcripts?

    Hi there!

     

    The transcript is automatically embedded within the audio and video file but is hidden by default until the recording is being watched. Per our support article Audio transcription for cloud recordings
