Sound sharing Issue

Hi, one big question. When i am sharing my STERO Sound from my PC to MAC the recipient receives the sound in MONO - its on his left side. When he is sharing his sound, I can listen to it in Stereo

 

The recipient is using a METRIK HALO ULN 2 Soundcard. Has anyone also this issue ?

Hey @BenCatman, have you ensured that your microphone is stereo-capable or an audio interface may be required. You can look more into the Enabling stereo audio KB article.

Hi thanks, as i am an audio professional i own a stereo interface. it is not about sharing my mic, which ist mono, but sharing any sound that comes from my device like youtube or audio records that are in stereo sound. - the function is enabled, but still none of my clients can listen to my sound in stereo
